We will send an automated e-mail to your account's registered e-mail address containing more information within 15 minutes of submission.
If you manage multiple accounts with one E-Mail address, a list of associated usernames & password reset options will be sent.
If you believe that your registered e-mail address has changed, and you do not have access to the previous e-mail address, please contact us at osha-ed@uc.edu, or call us at 1-800-207-9399.
